Program Description
Text messages that your vendor makes that could potentially be sent using equipment that can auto dial telephone numbers that are stored by Mobile Tech.
Your Mobile Telephone Number
You represent that you are the account holder for the mobile telephone number(s) that you provide.
Consent to Electronic Communications
By consenting to receive texts regarding services, and by registering your consent online, you also agree that Mobile Tech may use electronic documents and records when obtaining your consent to receiving texts from Mobile Tech. You agree that the use of electronic records satisfies any legal obligations Mobile Tech has to provide information about your consent to you in writing. If you do not agree to this, do not consent to receiving autodialed text regarding services. You have the right to receive a paper copy of all documents that Mobile Tech is legally required to deliver to you in writing.
How We Share Your Information
We may share your information with the following parties:
TCR (The Campaign Registry): We are required to provide TCR with campaign-related data for registration and compliance purposes.
Service Providers: We may share your information with trusted third-party service providers who assist in delivering our services, including messaging, technical support, and data hosting.
Law Enforcement and Regulatory Bodies: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, such as in response to a legal process or to comply with regulations imposed by governing authorities.
We will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with requested services, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges.
How to Opt-Out
To stop receiving text messages, text STOP to the 760-484-7910. You will then receive confirmation of your opt-out.
Termination of Text Messaging
Mobile Tech may suspend or terminate your receipt of text messages if Mobile Tech believes you are in breach of these SMS Terms and Conditions. Your receipt of text messages is also subject to termination in the event that your mobile telephone service terminates or lapses. Mobile Tech reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, all or any part of a text message program, with or without notice.
